Jaime Laurin, M.S.
Jaime hails from Massachusetts, where she earned her B.S. in Kinesiology at UMass Amherst. Jaime then traveled to Colorado State University for her master’s, where she studied a novel phytochemical Nrf2 activator for it’s effects on proteostasis and anti-oxidation gene expression in mice (when she wasn’t correcting bad Boston accent imitators). Jaime is particularly interested in sarcopenia, science writing, and perfecting her graphic design skills (see the lab logo). Jaime enjoys her cats, hiking, camping, and memorizing random trivia facts to one day appear on Jeopardy.
